Service Description

Integrative Flow is a fluid, deeply restorative experience that intuitively weaves the many modalities Maura has brought focus to over her 10+ year career. Beginning with guided grounding techniques, the session blends hands-on Swedish massage, "feet-on" Ashiatsu, Energy work, Craniosacral, Abdominal techniques, Facial massage, and/or Energywork. Blended with intuitive and mindful intention - led by your goals, your body, and the music. Integrative Flow also opens recipients to the option of incorporating targeted therapeutic exercises off the table. To treat an issue more fully, stretching and strengthening is highly recommended.
